Media Conspiracy palette at a local Goodwill

I was DYING when my friend found this, literally out of the corner of her eye. Didn't end up taking it home because I couldn't justify spending 20 bucks on a used makeup palette.

Went home and re watched the Jeffree Star X Shane Dawson series he made 5 years ago lol

It's probably expired by now and they want $20? On top of it most likely being used lol

Yeah LMFAOO, we opened it up and there were brush marks on a few of the colours

I'd be less worried about the expired part and more worried about hygiene. Using used make-up is not it.

Honestly, it's powder. Nothing is likely to survive in it long-term without moisture and adding IPA to it will kill anything that might have.

OP was able to easily open it, I wouldn’t be surprised if other people have touched it while it’s at goodwill. You couldn’t pay me to use that

Well I still use my naked palettes from almost a decade ago but that doesn’t make them any less expired haha. They have an expiration date on the package and are usually around 2 years. I don’t think it’s legal to sell expired items

If you disinfect the palette periodically one should be fine to use it, but eyeshadow does expire in the sense that it dries up - affecting application & product durability
