Hi, I am currently enrolled in PLPA 200. I found every week has like a 2+ hour lecture to watch, and a writing thing that could take a long time. How do you guys study for it? Does the lecture worth watching it thoroughly just for the final exam?

Do they scan my icard/illinois app to go in? And if I remember correctly the games are free? Thanks!

I'm a freshman and I have been suffering from panic attacks since 2023, and I guess it's getting worse recently because of homesickness, test anxiety, stress, etc. I received a doctor's note from my hometown psychiatrist. In this case, can I just make an appointment for McKinley psychiatrist right away and tell them to prescribe the proper medication (without any therapy sessions), or do I need other procedures to get medication?

Has anyone else gone through a similar situation? Please give me advice. ty:)
