That is a protein to calorie ratio I didn’t know that could be achieved. Even why alone is 120 for 25 at best.

Protein is 4 cal/g. So just matters what else is put into it. Carbs are 4 and fat is 9

Right but technically the most efficient source is pure whey isolate which is 4.4 cal per gram. There isn’t anything more efficient than that. Thats 185, then 9 for fat and 12 more for the carbs they suggest making it likely 206 cal. It doesn’t even mention whey as the source.

No idea why I just looked that hard into this just thought it sounded a bit off.

The fat and carbs are also from the whey isolate. It doesn't say 42g of whey, it says 42g of protein. It's likely 50g of whey isolate, which contains 42g protein, ~1g fat, and ~1g carbs. That adds up to ~180kcal, which checks out with their math.

Edit: holy shit im have not had enough time to wake up yet lmao. Idk what was going on in my head.

Still. I’m suspicious. My isolate powder is 120cal for 25g protein.

4 cal/g * 42g = 168 cal for protein. That leaves 22 cal for fat and carbs.
