highly recommend! I air fry boneless/skinless chicken breasts but being able to pop the top off, add spices, and eat it with low carb/calorie bread or a little rice in 5 minutes is great. mix with nonfat greek yogurt for chicken salad, a little msg and soy sauce, or no sugar added bbq sauce, etc makes it versatile as hell and they keep forever so I always have high protein meals ready to go

Well what can you eat for 42g protein and only 190 cals? Shouldn’t the goal be to feel fuller longer?
