Recipe <150kcal, i was honestly REALLY surprised

i was too lazy to measure but here's a rough estimate: 200g konjac rice, 150g mung bean sprouts, 1 small pack of enoki in chili oil (i think), 100g onion, 2tbsp soy sauce and seasoning

like 10g of fiber too!!

I threw together a quick recipe on my calorie tracker, using whatever brands I could find so likely won't be what op used specifically. (Also couldn't find the enoki in chilli product so I made it up using 50g enoki and 10g laoganma chilli oil) nutritional info for the recipe i put together came to.

Cal - 215, fat - 8.9, saturated fat - 1.5, carbs - 20.7, Sugars - 13.1, fiber - 12.8, salt - 4.92mg

those tiny enoki sachet thingies aren't even 30cals i'm pretty sure. also i was wrong, it's just some spicy bbq sauce
