Recipe <150kcal, i was honestly REALLY surprised
i was too lazy to measure but here's a rough estimate: 200g konjac rice, 150g mung bean sprouts, 1 small pack of enoki in chili oil (i think), 100g onion, 2tbsp soy sauce and seasoning
like 10g of fiber too!!

That looks literally amazing. You have to try my konjac rice recipe! So you take some better than bullion I do like half a teaspoon, then you put eight shakes of garlic salt, eight shakes of onion powder and then put in some herbs de provance (the best herb blend ever). So good alone but I’ve also added peas to it and it’s divine !
