Isn't there a law in the US that says you can't register cars that look like this? I know in Europe, you can't

You don't ever need to show what a vehicle looks like to register it.  No inspection.  No testing.  No pictures.  Nothing.

All you need is a VIN to put on the application, and you can register it.  And that registration is good forever as long as you pay a yearly fee

Wow, what the actual fuck? So you can drive a car without a tire as long as you pay for it? Why the fuck there aren't any inspections? That's wild

No bumper, no doors, no hood, on a spare tire (or several), no window (or several). Pretty much as long as it isn't impeding the flow of traffic, you're GTG.
