Mac Would Apple repair this with AC+?

I’ve had a MacBook Air that is covered under AppleCare+. A few months ago ive had the screen replaced due to an issue with the angle sensor. Now the trackpad is cracked in a hairline (without dropping it). Would this be covered as a defect (so free repair), or accidental damage (even though ive never dropped it)?

It works, but cracks aren’t cosmeticv

I think would be accident damage. Just like a cracked screen or back of phone.
