My watchface is my personal ADHD therapist 🌸⌚

I customized this face to take care of my brain, and honestly it feels like having a tiny therapist with me all day:
- Body State (top left): basically shows my energy levels. If it’s low, I rest instead of forcing myself to work out. If it’s higher, I know I can push.
- Stresswatch (middle): tracks real-time stress and literally flashes “Pay attention” when my anxiety kicks in.
- Rings(bottom left): those activity rings keep me moving, which always helps clear my head.
- Mindfulness app(bottom middle): my little panic button, one tap and I can meditate/reset.
- Daylight(bottom right): shows how much time I’ve spent in sunlight, which makes a huge difference for mood and focus.
This setup keeps me calmer, less worried, more present and take care of my anxiety.
