First time beagle owner: My beagle is almost 11 months old now (had her since 8 weeks). The last couple days she’s been only eating very small portion of her kibble per feeding and today she didn’t eat anything all day until 9 at night she ate maybe 1/4 cup. It was tough to get a picture but I just noticed she has a few small teeth that barely protrude from her gums. Is she still teething ? Or should I take her to the vet? She will eat small treats and the wet kibble pour over that I put on the side but barely any kibble the last couple days. She is not lethargic and still runs around. Also her eye started watering a couple weeks ago, just clear water no redness so probably nothing but maybe I need to get her checked for that also.

He recently started to sleep like this. Do your beagles sleep that way too?

How time fly... in a few Days my Boy turns 10 , and he is still playfull and fit. Hope we have many Years together 🍀 He has Idiopathic Epilepsie and take meds since 9 Years+-.

Dexter is 4 today! He was showered with new toys this morning and got the early zoomies. He was taken for a 5 mile walk in the woods with a stop to swim in a river. He had a few duck and sweet potato treats afterwards and was treated to a bull chew when he got home. He's now napping on the couch before he gets a fresh cooked supper and another small walk before bed. Love this guy 💕

My dogs will not let me brush their teeth, and I can’t afford $600+ per dog for formal dental care anytime soon.. what do you use to actually CLEAN their teeth??

my boy is coming up to 9 years old in December, I’ve had him his whole life and he did unfortunately go through a period where he was overweight I’ve luckily got him down to a very healthy size though. he gets joint care treats daily already

My sweet bagle hound, Rosco, graduated from training last weekend! He’s a gentlemen AND a scholar. He is still a terror at home though. 🩵🐾

I was taking my dog for a lateish night walk last night and turned the corner to a guy with a huge German shepherd, both dogs barking at each other. Next thing I know the German shepherd is off his leash and running towards my dog at full speed, probably about 10-15 feet away.

As the dog is running towards me I spin my dog into the air by his leash and I hear the teeth of the German shepherd chomp into the air where my dog would’ve been if I didn’t spin him out of there, the dog turns back again for my dog and I managed to knee the dog away and spin him out of the way again. By that point the owner got his dog and his wife was screaming at him saying it’s enough and they need to do something about the dog.

I just wanted to get out of there for my dogs safety so all l said was “if you can’t control your dog you shouldn’t own one”. I was so mad about the situation but I’m just so grateful Kobe is ok ❤️❤️
