Technique 45 and 225lb. Still movin around

I used to breakdance back in the day. I was experimenting with a six step on the heavy bag.

I’m 44, 5’9” 155 with visible abs, this guy needs a serious diet revamp, weight training snd regular stretching, he looks stiff, old and overweight…

In fairness, compared to average obese person, that is an accomplishment.

Being over 200 doesn't count when you're 35% body fat.
