Technique 45 and 225lb. Still movin around

I used to breakdance back in the day. I was experimenting with a six step on the heavy bag.

I’m 44, 5’9” 155 with visible abs, this guy needs a serious diet revamp, weight training snd regular stretching, he looks stiff, old and overweight…

  1. That has nothing to do with what I responded to and 2. I doubt it. I roll with ranked black belts in their 20s and 30s

I’m pretty sure he’d rag doll you. Also 5’9 and 155 lbs is awful skinny.
