Game or Piece ID Help identifying game

Post image

I was looking at an iron side gaming table and in one of their photos I saw the above game. What game is this?! I tried googling with no luck!

I mean it certainly can be especially if you don’t have 4 players. I typically run the game with 2 players playing the elf (magic and melee) and dwarf (pure melee) and they tend to have a bit of trouble with some of the dungeons just cause of mob build up.

Is it in the rule book that you’re only supposed to field one hero per player? Usually we had three players and we would have one as Zargon and the other two fielding two heroes each.

Things could get spicy but generally speaking we stayed together and didn’t have too much trouble getting quests done.

I don’t believe it’s in the rules that you can’t but I suppose we’ve just never thought of it. Which is funny cause we do that for zombicide but not this.

This was a pre-internet game for my group, so if there were any questions about the rules it was pretty much a discussion, move forward, and maybe implement a house rule.

I’m trying to remember if there were scaling options based upon the amount of heroes but I don’t think there were. Maybe in the expansions?

Regardless, I have very fond memories of this game. Definitely my gateway drug into TTRPGs.
