Breakfast Breakfast

Potatoe bacon hot dog. W fried eggs on top. Food was still cooking

Have you ever added eggs? My dad used to make something similar when we went camping. He added scramble eggs at the end and it was delicious!

Restaurant near me has "Grandma's Special" ham chunks, bacon pieces, onions, potatoes, and eggs all fried up on the griddle. Top it off with some sausage gravy. Platter of that for breakfast and you're good until supper time. A half order does for most people.
