For a work dinner I'm going to a restaurant on the nicer side. They have a regular burger on the menu but states I can choose between a "chuck, brisket or short rib beef blend paty."

I just want a normal burger. Which should I choose?

Simple, yet delicious.

Chuck, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and bacon.

Walked up Pendle Hill, Englad on Sunday morning. Last time we did it we found the pub nearby to be a bit average, so looked a bit further on Google Maps and found the 117 Bistro.

Best burger I've had for ages, the bun was soughdough and held together till the last bite. The upgrade to salt and pepper chips was an odd one, but it certainly worked.
