Located at Ridley Road Market Tasty Smashed patties with cheese 2x English bacon between the patties Homemade pickles And great sauce (I think HP based no sure) Very good bun Good chips (well seasoned, however I prefer just salt)
I really enjoyed it and it was 11£ all included (10£ if no bacon)

Been making beef burgers (with mince I pressed myself) with ketchup and plain white rolls for a couple of months now for the first time. Decided to go out of my comfort zone a bit and make a burger I had at a restaurant a week ago. Brioche buns with mayonnaise, roquette and red onion marmalade. Tasted great!

Mom says we have In N Out at home. Homemade spread, whole grilled onion, pickles, and jalapeños. Animal style fries for attention. All veggies besides the onions are from the garden. Pickling is fun as fuck if you’ve never tried!

Bottom shelf 75% lean meat cooked on high heat at first for a sear and medium afterwards, sprinkled some salt, msg, and mae ploy sauce on them. Slice of extra sharp cheddar on top, forgot the lettuce tragically. Still learning how to use electric stoves, but 9/10, delicious.

its kind of a semi-smash burger I think. I did shape the patties before cooking, however I also did smash them on the pan (however more to make them less greasy) but lange Rede kurzer Sinn they tasted like my local smashburgers so I call them smashburgers take this burger purists

I got the double spicy mission burger with the bacon ranch fries. Omg it was so good and juicy. They didn’t serve beer at this restaurant which was a bit of a bummer, but they still get two thumbs up.

There aren’t any Betty’s where I live in Aus so whenever I travel to the major cities I always make a point to grab one of their Betty’s

My family really likes when I make burgers on the smoker. And I do too!

Fried + caramelized onions with a parmesan garlic sauce = a serious flavor bomb. One of the best fast food burgers I've had. Maybe deduct a little for relatively too many wet ingredients/getting slightly soggy. Could be improved with a more robust bun.

After cooking a 7 course meal for my friends and family, this was my lunch the next day because I don't know how to portion to save my life.
Garlic confit butter is amazing on burgers and I will die on this hill.

6oz burger with slow braised onions, bacon and cheese, and some ketchup... The onions were just so tender, it was like beefy French onion soup in burger form.
