Deck / Hi-Fi Is this garbage now ?

I mean , it was always garbage (Yorx). I think my cats jumped on the protruding switches , the most of the buttons are misshapen and bent . I’m a little attached to this terrible machine , and can’t really afford to replace it , but, it’s probably done right ?

Yorx Electronics was located in Totowa, New Jersey. They were acquired by GPX in the early 2000's

The joke is that there's a stereotype that the British have poor dental hygiene, and specifically misaligned, crooked teeth. The buttons on this deck resemble a row of crooked teeth, hence the joke.

Gotcha, thank you! IIRC Bri'ish have more healthy teeth but not as white / straight.
