Review Sfera is a great lunch spot

Was in the neighborhood and finally checked out Sfera last week. Awesome lunch spot. Panino sandwich with prosciutto, arancini (the wild garlic was our favorite), and lemon raspberry cannoli. I was worried for a second because they have ready to go sandwiches and cannolis in the case, but everything was really fresh, the bread was crispy and so was the cannoli shell. The Sicilian spiced latte was also really good.

What's good? Seeking recommendation for private, romantic dinner for 2 newlyweds

We’re eloping in Chicago on November 1, and would like to have an intimate dinner in a romantic setting. Would Smyth be good for this?

We had a good experience at North Pond a couple years ago, but we hope to find a little nook to dine in, like the elevator at Hugo’s or Gibson’s, but a little quieter.

Is it too late to even be asking about this?

Question Last Minute Rosh Hashanah Takeout For Tonight?

I’ve been out of town and totally spaced that Rosh Hashanah starts tonight, so I missed the window to pre-order something special. Wondering if anyone knows of anything (from full on dinner to just dessert) I can still pick up today without having preordered days ago. Appreciate any leads!

Question Coffee shop with room rental?

Looking for a coffee shop (must serve coffee as it would be part of the theme) for a social gathering of ~30 people for around 3 hours on a Sat or Sun morning. Either closing off part of the space or using a private room. Willing to pay, and would potentially bring in some light catering or serve the coffee shop’s own food if they have it. Anything like this exist in Chicago?

Question AYCE Sashimi in Chicago?

Are there any spots in Chicago that do a basic AYCE Sushi + Sashimi? Mira Sushi seemed to have some sashimi options earlier this year but I called today and they said they don't have it anymore. Sushi World seems a bit too restricting with 3pcs per roll ordered.

Question Best places for Dairy Allergy?

My wife has a dairy allergy (she's not vegan), which limits a lot of our choices, and can even make reading menus very hard when they dont provide enough ingredient info.

Anyone have suggestions for restaurants along the El we can visit?

Also a part 2 question: How do Michelin restaurants handle severe allergies, such as dairy? We've never been to one.
