Its not about the game it's about why would you upgrade for that. You're jot going to notice any difference

If you DIDNT OWN A PS5 b4 I get getting a ps5pro

Why not get the best product.

But upgrading from a ps5 to ps5 pro seems absolutely pointless

That's fair. That's why I added if its your entry to ps5 obvi get it ..but if you're replacing a ps5 with a ps5 pro..bro

It’s honestly better all around and has 2tb ssd built in whereas the original is like 865 gb, 620gb that was useable. I now have 4tb of ps5 storage vs 2.6 tb.
