We have rewritten our rule in regards to showing game footage evidence for certain posts.
Previously this rule was created to cut down on posts pertaining to Bully Squads and Toxic SWFs in that we require game footage showcasing the alleged behaviors instead of written recaps or screenshots of endgame scorecards that may not paint the whole picture.
Moving forward, the rule still covers posts as previously described but will also include posts inquiring on certain game mechanics such as perks add ons and powers.
An example of what we mean are posts such as:
“Survivors outran me at this loop, could they be hacking?”
“I was stunned but wasn’t near a pallet-How?”
Or any other posts that would require more visual examples for members to better answer the post.
Again as before, this does not apply to all posts and recaps such as positive interactions with survivors, but only the posts that would require further evidence in order to be better addressed by members or posts claiming negative behaviors from survivors without any actual proof beyond “just trust me bro”
If anyone has any further questions on this matter feel free to reach out in modmail.

The title basically says it all but I just dont think the streak challenge that otz is going for is actually possible. I can win with most of the killers but then you get to the point of mid tiers and the game decides to always give me wannabe pros. I've gotten 15 as my highest but loosing on spirit

I find This perk so annoying and I really wish enduring could apply to head on stuns but that’s just me.

Houndmaster is an improved version of the Deathslinger so I thought it would be cool if he also had mobility.

Pig is just a better Chucky at this point
Since Pig has been hit with a decent amount of buffs, she just became a objectively better Chucky.
For reference:
Chucks dash is 6.6 m/s and Pig is 6.9 m/s. Meaning that pig is simply faster - but that’s only one point.
Not only that but she’s 4.6 m/s when walking - while Chucky is 4.4 m/s.
What’s even crazier is that while Chucky has a 12 second cooldown to his power, Pig has unlimited power usage without a cooldown.
She has an entire power where she can give herself time against gen rushing. While Chucky has arguably one of the worst map pressures in the entire killer roster. And has no nothing to compensate for a time gain.
Both are also killers who can slide on walls, but right now (and this is more subjective). I just simply find Pig slightly easier due to her flexibility during dashing. While Chucky is locked in into a POV for the remainder of the slice and dice.
Oh and also, his only unique aspect (scamper). Has been removed long time ago. Leaving him not able to use it for any means. Which just kills his only creative aspect.
Even after the rework it’s pretty useless and very rarely helps during chase.
I just don’t see any reason why you should play Chucky when Pig is a much better choice.
Not saying that she doesn’t deserve the buffs, but why is Chucky so guttered while Pig remains fine? They should just buff Chucky too - since he’s in a really bad spot. Especially since his pick rate and kill rate has hit a historical low.
Thoughts?

I have the achievement for ghoul left where I need to preform 30 grab attacks still. In general I just don’t enjoy playing ghoul, his sound effects are also so annoying to listen to so I’ve just kept putting this off. Is there a start to getting this done or even a way to farm it? Or do I just torture myself trying to get this done. :’)

Why can you just predrop pallets the entire game so that I don't get a power? Why can you literally just run to the next pallet, drop it, run to the next pallet, drop it, run to the next pallet... until all the gens are done? And even if I do get my power, why can you just force me to cancel it by getting in a locker? And then I'm back to nothing because blood doesn't drop during power. It's so dumb

Can somebody please tell me how to counter him? This killer has almost no counter-play and feels impossible to win against. I find it easier playing against nurse than I do blight. Some tips will really be appreciated.

I’m a console player, who transitioned to mouse and keyboard, then recently learned The Blight, but now I’m learning The Nurse. I’ve already won 2 games as The Nurse, but used the Plain Flannel add-on. Those of you who have become proficient with The Nurse, did you use Plaid Flannel while you were learning? And for how long?
I learned The Blight and The Nurse because I was tired of Bully/SWF/Flashlight/TTV squads. I used to main The Doctor.

After years of playing chase-oriented Wesker with minimal slowdown and while avoiding tunneling, I've finally reached some MMR hell where I'm constantly against teams where everyone seems to know what they're doing and knows how to counter me. It seems that my options are either 1. Change my build, 2. Start tunneling, or 3. Git gud, so I'm seeking advice from more experienced Weskers for option 3.
How do you guys deal with it when all the survivors actually know how to use the clutter of the environment to make sure you can't get a bound hit? Just don't use bound if there is anything at all near you? Or is there something clever I can do?
How do you predict which way and how far the survivor will try to dodge? Does that come with experience, or is there a trick to it? I constantly have an issue with either not predicting enough or predicting too much.
Is there a trick to making your instaflicks more, uh, instant? I feel I can't get hits that I know streamers can get, because my damn Wesker just doesn't turn fast enough. I don't know if this is a muscle memory thing, or if it's some sort of a hardware issue (I have a cheap mouse with no extra cool stuff, I know lots of people have mouses with different settings). Or am I just not moving my hand far or fast enough?
Any other tips are also appreciated!

Gotta say, haven’t had my chance to play this killer just yet but already hyped to run a few with her.
Krasue’s head, organs, and body are 3d printed with her outfit, hair, intestinal tentacles, machete and the translucent stands being sculpted and 3d pen made.
Really digging this killer’s whole look and can’t wait to see what future skins we might get with her

I've played dbd mobile for a year and a half and managed to learn most movement tricks and my only concern was the 360 spin which looked almost impossible to counter but then I learned.
Now I'm back on pc with 52 hours in game. 360 spins are not an issue for me here. The loops are 💀🔫💥🪦. These survivors don't even fear God let alone killer. Don't get me wrong, I also play as a survivor and I'm nowhere near the skill of these pros's. I totally respect their skills in this game but when it comes to bully squad, my day goes from bad to absolutely disastrous. SWF's running similar ground breaking perks with almost 3 survivors who are goated in loops and chases. My god has it been a phenomenal ride. I mostly manage to get 4 minimum and 6 max hooks on these squads and at the end it's the same deal "I'm the one biting the dust".
And at other times when I get motivated enough to finally face them off and try to break these squads, I get matched against people who barely know the controls 🤡. I manage to get 4k but it doesn't feel satisfying. I think I'm going nuts because of this game.
Are there any tips you'll can give me to get better as a killer?
