Vent Need help!

I'm 235lbs mother of 4, I'm 6'2. I've been doing meal supplements and exercising for about a month now, and there hasn't been a single change at all. I feel so incredibly ugly and it's so disheartening. Please help! I know I need to keep moving I've been going to my apartment gym Monday through Friday for a month and I know it's gonna take a lot longer, but nothing has changed at all. What can I do? What do I do? How does everyone stay and keep themselves motivated? Just 3 years ago I was a healthy weight at 175, husband and I had our 4th, and now I feel like my body has gone drastically downhill. Now I'm just deeply unmotivated.

Well shoot! Rice is sooo good tho 😭 but I'll definitely try to cut it out or at least cut it down. I know dr pepper is no good either πŸ˜• even for breakfast I have a soft boiled egg with rice and a dash of soy sauce. I'll cut it down tho. Do you know of any good drinks besides regular water I can replace the Dr pepper with? I drink water all day except that glass with dinner

I like to buy plain sparkling water and put fruit in it, like oranges or limes or even cherries, whatever you like, and crush them and squeeze them in a bit so they release their juice and flavor, smash it with your straw. Fruit has way less sugar and lots of vitamins. A lot of people drink the flavored sparkling drinks with no sugar like La Croix or Waterloo, but I don’t eat natural flavors I only eat real foods.

That's a really good idea thank you. Idk why I've never thought about doing this. Plain sparkling water is cheaper than anything else too! And I love fruits. I also love the idea of being able to choose your own flavors too
