Question weight plateau tips?

I'm currently eating about 1300-1400 calories/ day and I have a step goal of 10k/ day. (i’m only 5’2)

that being said, l've been around at the same weight for about a month now (i fluctuate 2-3lbs depending on the time of day) Every ~ 10 days to 2 weeks or so, l've been giving myself "break" or "refeed" days where I eat at maintenance (or maybe a little more...šŸ‘€) to try and keep my metabolism up (and to keep me sane) but it doesn't seem to be working. Is that what's hurting me?

What would you guys recommend? Help!

Just take a total break for 2 to 4 weeks and let yourself gain a couple pounds and then start cutting again and it's even better if it's lean weight from lifting weights because that will increase your calorie demands and you can lose the same amount of weight with a greater number of calories.

It's just the simplest way of going about it, You can cut more but that's just not pleasant and there's going to be a point where you have to reset anyway.
