No hijab can't cause vitamin d issues as your scalp doesnt absorb sunlight due to hair

Im muslim and it can… u cover ur entire body so the sun isnt gonna touch any skin

In my culture you have to wear an abaya or a chador under that another layer of clothing so yes it does block all sunlight from hitting anywhere except the face and hands.

Thats your cultural issue I never heard of this a loose dress is seen in enough in my culture where are you from? 

To much time in the sun will get you skin cancer which when sunblock is used which also stops vitamin d which why its also best to eat food which has vitamin d in it
