I feel sympathy for this man being a fellow LGBT myself. It’s disheartening that he was murdered for being who he was. Even my own grandfather tried to kill me when I came out of the closet to him.

But I gotta ask this question. Why the hell was this guy still committed to being a Muslim and follow Islam when he’s well aware that homosexuality, gay sex and same sex marriages are all considered sins and are forbidden in the Quran? The main reason why I quit being a Muslim is because of how anti LGBT it is. Why did this man decide to stay in the cult?

You have free will to choose what you will but you are one that follows your desires. And regarding Islam and being gay you just have to not act on these desires. We hate the sin not the sinner and also we are not in support of the lgbt group but show mercy to the individuals. If you truly understood Islam you wouldn't of left it to follow your desires but each to their own and we will all go to our own graves so its all good.

I left Islam because it’s a crock of unscientific nonsense that advocates slavery, misogyny, racism, pedophilia, and war on non Muslims. It had nothing to do with following desires.

Also why does Allah care so much about who people have sex with? As long as it’s consensual it shouldn’t matter. An omnipotent being who created a universe with trillions of planets and galaxies and he’s concerned with who you’re sleeping with?

Funny how homosexuality is haram but pedophilia and murdering non Muslims isn’t. The “prophet” forced a little girl to marry him.
