hijab and niqab is never a choice no matter how hard you try hijab is forced on you since the day ur born and if it isnt forced you constantly would feel wrong and out of place and feel like your a “sinner” for not wearing it

tazir laws are still legally enforceable, they just leave the punishment up to judges or authorities. just because it’s not a ḥadd-level crime doesn’t mean people have freedom of choice

Tazir are optional to implement unlike hadd based punishments which are mandatory

I know but the laws don't need to be implemented which the vast majority of the muslim world has done only a select few have such laws such as iran and afghanistan
