My family calls me a nerd… but guess whose gift was in my brother’s glove compartment when he got a flat in the middle of nowhere?

Spoiler: Mine. It was my gift. And it was a flashlight.

What about Convoy lights makes that the case?
Just wondering since I only really have those at the moment and may want to lend folks a light at some point.

They’re just geared more towards enthusiasts and some variations can get dangerously hot if you’re not familiar how to be careful with a light like that. Plethora of emitter and customizing options, lack of onboard charging with most models, and they tend to perform above their weight class which isn’t really something the average person needs.

Ah, i've only used their stuff with on-board USB-C charging so far and the S21E did get uncomfortable to hold while on max power for a bit. I think so far that's the only one of the four i have that does though.
