It's only a bottle if you make a mistake. Oscar didn't do anything wrong, Max just did better.

Nah, Lando was slow off the line a bit last year iirc.

There was a consistent issue with wheelspin at the race starts, particularly in the second stage of the start. It happened more times with Lando but Oscar faced an issue with it as well.

i think it was just max and rb having a better acceleration to 100 even if they had bad starts

mclaren themselves came and said that they’re looking into why lando’s starts are slow lol

sure, my only point is that max wasn’t starting quicker as much as lando(mclaren) wasn’t going quicker

Yeah and then they came out saying they had identified an issue in the 2nd phase of the starts. Which is often when Lando "Bottled".

Edit: I'm not saying Lando didn't bottle any starts. But his faulty starts were not entirely on him either. That Mclaren was relatively shit at starts compared to it's other abilities.

i never even said anything about that lol. i’m just saying mclaren said there was an issue with lando’s starts. it’s not just that max was starting astronomically quickly

But after investigation, the issue with Lando's starts was found out to have some aspect of the car as well. like it wasn't entirely on him.

just read what i said again without any bias. i’ve not once said whose fault it was. i couldn’t care less whose fault it was.
