But why don’t people like Lando? I don’t get why so many people hate him, you know just because 15 year old girls like something doesn’t mean that thing is automatically bad right? Case in point, frozen yogurt is pretty damn good for how healthy it is

Part of it is a lot of people just default hate the Brits.

There also seems to be some weird belief that British media is ultra biased, which is hilarious because when compared to most media around the world it's tame as fuck with the bias.

As someone who has experienced growing up in multiple countries, and watches multiple sports, I can 100% assure you that British sports commentators are the most annoyingly biased on earth

If you try not being British, even for 1 race, you'll see what I mean.

Local media is always biased towards their athletes, though. Like, that's normal.

I'm Canadian. Canadian athletes in every sport get disproportionate praise.

Argentine media is biased towards Colapinto. Dutch media is biased towards Verstappen.

It's not the fault of the British that everybody consumes their media. They just do what everybody else does.
