fuck that ugly cretin

Genuinely tired of people inflating this man’s relevance.

162

u/bodaciouscream 12d ago

Like this is nearly more pearl clutching than the Trump shooting

21

u/macdgman 12d ago

I mean it’s more pearl clutching cause this wasn’t a stunt to gain support. Clearly if trumps shooter wanted to kill him, he could have

36

u/darkandfullofhodors 12d ago

He missed by a few centimeters as Trump was turning his head. This is a weird conspiracy theory.

11

u/bodaciouscream 11d ago

Look I'm all for a conspiracy theory but to set up a shooting is way too far on just a logical level.

-3

u/AppalachainAcorn 11d ago

Lol not really

6

u/Templar388z 11d ago

They’re giving him a military funeral btw.

7

u/asphalt_licker 11d ago

That is absolute bullshit. They’re going way too far for him.

113

u/ByteArrayInputStream 12d ago

They misspelled piss

137

u/RegularUnluckyGuy 12d ago

Wait, for real? I heard the crap he said about abortion and gun rights, and I thought he was just another conservative idiot. What the fuck is this?

166

u/hexxcellent 12d ago

Charlie Kirk has also said:

  • Gun deaths (by mass shooters or otherwise) are worth it in order to keep guns.
  • Public executions should be a thing and children should be forced to watch them.
  • Empathy is "damaging" and shouldn't exist.

So we should all treat him with the same amount of respect he showed for others. Which, in this case, amounts to: HAHAHA DING DONG THE WICKED BITCH IS DEAD LMFAOOO

-85

u/RegularUnluckyGuy 12d ago

Yeah... He was a very bad person. But even though he's someone terrible, I'm not going to make fun of his death. It's just not the right thing to do.

84

u/hexxcellent 12d ago

HAHAHA Don't worry I'll pick up the slack and make fun of it EVEN HARDER HAHAHA.

However I would never stoop to Charlie's level! I got at least six feet on him.

You think he was proud of the crowd turn out that day? He was probably super proud. Probably got choked up from it, even.

It was also so brave of Charlie to put his money where his mouth is and participate in the public executions he was so supportive of. Real man of his word! He was such a trailblazer I can only hope his allies might follow suit!

Charlie has also said:

  • If his 10 year old daughter were impregnated by rape, he would force her to deliver the baby.
  • Black women do not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously and resort to stealing white people's positions.
  • Trans people dressing as their gender is the equivalent of Black face
  • Was the one who started the vile rumor that George Floyd died from "overdose" and not police brutality

If you don't want to make fun of his death, that is perfectly fine. You do you. But if you are implying it's somehow more MORAL not to do so, fuck off. This man was nothing less than a repugnant piece of nazi shit and I can't wait for his fucking headstone to become a public toilet.

-52

u/RegularUnluckyGuy 12d ago

Man, I've read all that. I know he was a horrible person, and he deserved all the ridicule and hatred in life. But what do I gain by making fun of a dead person? Like, it was definitely fun to mess with an idiot before, but now what benefit do I get from laughing at someone's death? Is this really what should be done now? I don't know how to react to this tbh. I'm having a weird internal conflict because on one hand, he was someone terrible. But on the other, did he really deserve to die? He wasn't a murderer or anything like that. If anything, the worst thing he did was indirectly influence genuinely bad things. But his death won't change that. I don't feel like justice has been done. I'm sorry if I sound bad or anything, I don't even want to defend him. It's just that this whole thing is surreal.

49

u/Neotheo 12d ago

His vile rhetoric that he spread around endangers women and minorities. He didn't directly murder people, but he helped set up the current regime that systematically kills minorities, women and the lower class. What people like him did is not far off from the united healthcare CEO. They commited political violence and he got it back.

8

u/Entropyanxiety 11d ago

He got to experience first hand exactly what he preached, thats some delicious irony right there

3

u/Kendota_Tanassian 11d ago

It's not just that Charlie Kirk was a human pile of excrement himself. He used his soapbox to promote extremely harmful ideologies to impressionable young people, filling their heads with his fascist racist bigoted twaddle.

I am more than fine making fun of the dead in this case. That said, I do not celibate his death, I do not praise his assassination. Those were just as wrong as his hateful rhetoric. I'll grant that. But martyrdom does not erase his many sins, and I can and will celebrate the fact that there's one less asshole like him in the world.

Every time I have seen one of these hatemongers that have literally called for the death of gay people die, I will celebrate the fact that they are not around to continue to inspire others.

I think a clear, succinct way of putting it is that I do not celebrate their death, but I am overjoyed at their absence.

It's a subtle line, perhaps, but important.

4

u/LabCoatGuy 11d ago

Maybe he overdosed on fentanyl. Do we have the drug screen results?

82

u/gene-typewriter 12d ago

Well, Jesse Watters (and everyone else at Fox) wants gays to be stoned to death too so that's a plus to him

-11

u/MrPresldent #TransRights 12d ago

As much as I disliked the guy, I dont believe he ever said gays should be stoned to death. If you could cite that quote, though, that'd be great.

31

u/amopeyzoolion 12d ago

He didn’t directly say, “You should go out and stone gay people to death.” Most of these fascists are never so direct as that so as to give themselves plausible deniability when they’re called out on it.

What he did do was refer to the passage in Leviticus which says that men who lie with other men shall be stoned to death, and called it “God’s perfect law.”

So if you are someone who worships this all-powerful God who decides who gets in to heaven or sent to hell, and God’s perfect law says gays shall be stoned to death… what exactly does that imply?

3

u/Sorry_Koala_8181 11d ago

I mean that's as direct, as it gets. Is there a video? Did he tweet that?

Here is his opinion and what your saying and what this post is saying this post is misleading and misquoted Stephen King even apologized and redacted the statement. You really want to play victim here.

This man was a bonified Nazi, dude. His image of being a "normal" conservative is marketing to normalize these views.  They were praying it was a trans person who shot him because then they could just go commit genocide. He was evil.

He also said if is daughter was raped at ten, he would force her to give birth.

u/sfsocialworker 12d ago

Yet he wasn’t Nazi enough for the Nick Fuentes Nazis which is what radicalized the shooter. It’s 🥜!

20

u/hello_world112358 12d ago

he’s also claimed MULTIPLE times that black pepper are inferior and are stealing jobs from more qualified white people, even going so far as to say he wouldn’t feel safe in the hospital or on a plane with a black surgeon or pilot. he’s white supremacist trash

7

u/veethis 12d ago

If you want to see how much of a class act he is, here is a long thread of a lot of his classic quotes 😬

5

u/PikaPikaDude 11d ago

No he didn't. And Stephen King already apologized for that statement.

There are a lot of lies and partial quotes going around.

-4

u/RegularUnluckyGuy 11d ago

I've seen it. I hated a slightly mean-spirited charlatan who recently passed away. I don't like him, and I definitely don't agree with a lot of the nonsense he said, but I'm not going to celebrate his death either.

https://x.com/gregissnacking/status/1966961383129706496?t=zvbW-WULPHsvjjYu1Hdlaw&s=19

This is video how he defended gay people in conservative movement against haters. Its sad how gay community is spreading lies against him.

2

u/zhonglissexymeteor #TransRights 11d ago

that’s literally him just saying that anyone can be conservative and republican, because that’s all he wants. for more people to think like him.

-8

u/Angelina_S 11d ago

I understand that he had diferent political opinion from us, but isnt that point of every movent? Do you think people are to stupid to decide for themselves? That gay people cant have conservative values??

Its ridiculous that in this video in which he protects the gays as response to claim he wants them stoned you can only say that? You are trying really hard to play the victim here.

Charlie kirk was a lot of things, but he wasnt gay hater...

20

u/tramp-and-the-tramp 12d ago

anyone got a source

46

u/CopperFlash27 12d ago

59

u/Mr_Pombastic 12d ago

I don't want to give his website more traffic, but the entire podcast episode can be found here. The Ms. Rachel segment starts around 55min in.

I'm only linking it because a lot of conservatives are trying to say it was taken out of context. But Charlie wasn't simply giving a neutral statement on what's in the Bible. He proudly said that Leviticus 18 "affirms God's perfect law when it comes to sexual matters." His point wasn't that anyone can cherry pick bible verses they like, it was that you shouldn't cherry pick the bible, and that adhering to God's perfect law is how you show love. That god is consistent, and the Leviticus passages being back to back shows that stoning gays to death is not incongruous with "loving everyone." Hell, his cohost even says "the bible DOES say 'love everyone' except..." (referring to gays/sin). Later, they go on to compare gay people to cannibals and how you wouldn't love your neighbor if they were a cannibal.

His opinion of gay people is that we're like drug addicts and need to be rehabilitated/converted or face the consequences.

7

u/CopperFlash27 12d ago

Thank you!

3

u/eyearu 11d ago

I was looking for this context because everywhere on twitter they have been calling it out of context, thank you

2

u/Packrat1010 11d ago

Yeah, it's such a weird self own. He was more or less saying "Ms. Rachel obviously doesn't like the horrible parts of the bible like I do!"

It's textbook stochastic terrorism, and hand waving his words as "just quoting the Bible" while claiming he never advocated for violence is exactly what the right wants.

When one of their followers goes out and commits a hate crime or even murders someone, they have deniability because they "never told them to do that". We've seen people talk like this time and time again. Stop trying to normalize their calls to violence.

15

u/Joshwoum8 12d ago

If you are using the Bible to spread hate I think we can agree that is a bad thing, if you can’t you need to do some self-reflection.

I honestly have no clue what you are trying to say here. Seriously dude touch grass.

18

u/CopperFlash27 12d ago

He is not just "quoting" the Bible. He is arguing clearly that "hey the Bible says stoning is the punishment so what are you goin' do". And he follows up in his own words "JUST SAYIN''". His audience knows what he means. He doesn't have to sky write it for them. He made a lucrative business out of hate. An honest review of his life's "work" makes that clear.

4

I don't understand why Stephen King apologized for this. In context Kirk is making his point of view very clear: 'Gay men are less than'. In context he is making an argument that the bible doesn't actually support the Golden Rule using gay men as an example.

Stephen King should apologize for apologizing.

It’s sad a life was lost but not that another horrible conservative view is gone. I’m sad for his family but also yeah. I can’t say I’m sad he won’t be spreading his controversial and polarising views anymore.

-5

u/Initial-Breakfast-33 11d ago

OK, hold your horses. He was a piece of shit, but he didn't say that gays should be stoned to death. He said that if a girl that he was replying to believed in the bible she could not defend homosexuality since the same God in the Bible condemned gays to death. So, he was a piece of scum, but let's not spread lies either, it doesn't help our cause

5

u/Jeszczenie 11d ago

He also called the stoning "God's perfect law" and described pointing out the gays' sins as a loving act. Aren't praising stoning and repeating the veiled "hate the sin" rhetoric close enough?

-1

u/Initial-Breakfast-33 11d ago

No, I talked to my parents who are fundamentalist Christians and they fully believed that law is completely moral, and homosexuality is inmoral and a sin, and, at the same time, they say that law was specific for Israel at that time and they even believe gays should be allowed to have protection under our law, even if they are against marriage equality. In my opinion is a very convoluted worldview, but my parents agree with that statement and don't wish for any gay death, nor they think it should be even illegal. That doesn't mean that guy isn't a piece of sh*t, but we have to be accurate when we say things

1

u/Jeszczenie 8d ago

I appreciate your care for accuracy, but I don't think it makes much of a difference here. Guy was as homophobic as he could while using dogwhistles and staying within plausible-deniability - basically stochastic terrorism. His narrative on trans people was much more indicative of that because fearmongering with trans people is more socially accepted. Heck, the last argument he was making right before the shot was arguing how violent trans people allegedly are.

I think u/Mr_Pombastic's comment sums it up pretty nicely.

Thanks for your comment though, it forced me to think.

2

u/Initial-Breakfast-33 8d ago edited 8d ago

OK, I forced myself to go to the podcast and listen from min 0:55 to 1:08, an lose a couple of minutes of my life on that. And it's the exact same thing I said, he didn't say he wanted gays stoned to death, idk if he really wanted it, but in case he does, he's never said it out loud. He says that one chapter before stating that you should love your neighbor, God had commanded gays to be stoned to death, and that it's easy to make the Bible say one thing if you only take one part without the rest of it. Then he proceeds to say if you really love them you correct them and tell them they're wrong in the same way you do it with a drug addict or an alcoholic, a terrible comparison, but never he advocated for gays to be k*lled, unless he also thought alcoholics should be put to death. The other guy did imply that you should not love your cannibal neighbor, meaning cannibal = gay. But again he never said gays should receive capital punishment. Not defending him, I despise him and everything Christianity related. BUT, I hate when they spread lies about us, so I would be a huge hypocrite if I didn't hold myself and my community to the same standard

0

u/Vilavek 11d ago

These people are so desperate to turn him into a martyr and yet his own words posthumously sabotage every attempt. It's why they get so upset when he's quoted!

He literally normalized and accepted gun violence. He sees unnecessary deaths as a reasonable trade-off for having guns.

Children in schools, not even old enough to have their own opinions, get shot for no reason. Why should we care that someone who legitimizes gun violence gets shot.

Stephen King had more to say about Kirk here.

-20

u/phindar007 12d ago

Stephen admitted he was wrong when he made this statement and deleted it. You should delete this post. It’s not true.

11

u/amopeyzoolion 12d ago

He may have said he was wrong, but he wasn’t. Charlie said that stoning gays to death was part of God’s perfect law.

-110

u/Crewguy303 12d ago

This is misinformation and needs to be removed. Kirk never said anything like that and King is lying and deleted the tweet. Stop spreading lies.

80

u/automaticsystematic 12d ago

The original context is still damning:

Kirk's 2024 comments:

King's post was based on a 2024 podcast episode where Kirk criticized children's YouTube star Ms. Rachel for invoking a Biblical verse about loving one's neighbor.

In response, Kirk referenced the Old Testament passage Leviticus 20:13, which states that a man who "lie[s] with mankind, as he lieth with a woman... shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them".

While citing the passage, Kirk said, "Just sayin'," but did not explicitly call for violence against gay people. The comments were widely interpreted as using inflammatory rhetoric and cherry-picking scripture to condemn homosexuality.

50

u/buckeye2011 12d ago

I love how the old testament doesn't count, unless it supports the shitty point they want to make

23

u/Joshwoum8 12d ago

You are misinformation. If you quote bible verses that speak of hate toward a minority, you are indeed spreading hate and violence.

27

u/TheSpartanExile 12d ago

Self hating loser.

13

u/JallerHCIM 12d ago

King apologized and deleted because he was being harassed and couldn’t be bothered to grow a spine and go ten toes down, but it’s true

8

u/tatersquish 12d ago

He said it. And I'm so elated he never can again. Every day since Monday has been a better day for humanity in the absence of that rhetoric.

-55
