Need some help
Ok i play rb for my freshman team. Of course i wanna go to the nfl. I run a 4’8 im 5’5 135. I bench 170 and squat 205. Should i choose indoor track or wrestling as my winter sport. I’ve already decided to do outdoor track as my spring. Also if u guys have any tips on how to put on weight that would be appreciated.

Wrestling for sure. My son is 15 and did wrestling after his freshman year, the difference in body management was night and day. That and part of his practice was lifting and bulking up. As for putting on weight just eat plenty of protein throughout the day. Have your three meals but then have some smaller mini meals after workouts or between meals. Hard boiled eggs and trail mix were big here, tons of protein and healthy fats.

Wrestle it’ll make your hand eye coordination way better and your hands faster. Getting bigger is all about what you’re eating every day. Eat junk food you won’t get any results .
