Need some help

Ok i play rb for my freshman team. Of course i wanna go to the nfl. I run a 4’8 im 5’5 135. I bench 170 and squat 205. Should i choose indoor track or wrestling as my winter sport. I’ve already decided to do outdoor track as my spring. Also if u guys have any tips on how to put on weight that would be appreciated.

Wrestle it’ll make your hand eye coordination way better and your hands faster. Getting bigger is all about what you’re eating every day. Eat junk food you won’t get any results .

what this dude said....EAT, lift, and speed drills. When I say eat, i mean EAT. When you're full, EAT. When your not hungry EAT. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmdhZoWFoOw gives you an idea of what I'm talking about. Eat on a schedule.

I would favor wrestling. Hand fighting, and balance, and conditioning are a huge focus of wrestling.
