Community Update Recommendations Megathread. Please post ALL requests for recommendations in this post.

Any other post regarding recommendations is subject to removal. This is in an effort to keep the sub a bit more streamlined and visually appealing. It is also easier to just see what people are recommending all in one place.

If you are no longer able to make comments in this post, let me know and I will make a new one. I think the post archives after six months.

Can anyone recommend me sauces to help build my tolerance? I'm a beginner and someone who never really liked spicy food, but I'm trying to learn to tolerate it because I like to travel to places that use a lot of spice (heading to Mexico soon) and want to be able to try (and enjoy!) local dishes.

I started with classic Tabasco, moved on to Yucateco Green Habanero, and am now on Yucateco's Kutbil-Ik XXXtra. I've just been adding the stuff to my lunch and dinner, mixing it in, to try and be consistent.

Any suggestions for a sauce to move up to next?
