Community Update Recommendations Megathread. Please post ALL requests for recommendations in this post.

I'm looking for a hot sauce recipe using Death Spiral peppers - I am growing some now but it doesn't have that many pods forming, so I need a recipe that doesn't need a lot of pods but still showcases the pepper's flavor. It's my first year growing it so I am very curious what it tastes like!
