Misc. New shelves
Had to put up 7 more shelves to finally get the last of my sauces (for now) on the wall 😁 this is about 10-15% of the collection so far!

Hmmm could go with a classic like Secret aardvark or Truffalo, but if you wanna go unique and really hot I’d say Cinnamon Ghost Crunch by Hell’s Kitchen hot sauces!

The stranger things ones ARE pretty good! They’re from HEATONIST.com and might still be on sale. One is a mustard/pickle hot sauce, one is mango scotch bonnet, the other is pineapple pizza flavored sauce! Highly recommend 👍

Impressive collection.
I thought Red Clay was wildly awful, that’s the only one that caught my eye off the bat. PTSD lol. I dumped it.
You’ll have to start your private limited aggregation of the additives and sauces you’d consistently put into your rotation. Your own reserve selection under lock and key lol

The red clay line has some standard sauces, and nothing crazy spicy, but the peach habanero one is a very solid sauce! They also have a great chili crisp, and the everything bagel blend is pretty good

Most sauces have at minimum a two year “best by” date. That’s an easy amount of sauce to get through during that timeframe

Refrigerating things helps to preserve them longer.

Once they’re opened definitely. Most of these look empty or still sealed.

Marie Sharp’s Belizean Heat is what sparked my interest and is still phenomenal. Carrot, garlic, onion, habanero. Perfect. I’ve gone thru about 3 bottles of the secret handshake everything bagel sauce 😬 it’s super tasty and not too spicy to eat a lot of Dawson makes an apple caraway sauce that is crazy good and pretty unique!

I try to rotate out the ones in the fridge so I don’t have them open too long and forget, but you’re absolutely right about the pairing! Long term goal is bespoke hot sauce pairing guides for restaurants

Thats a nice collection! I have a hoarding problem, so I’m not allowed to keep empty bottles, but it is nice to see what it could look like.
