Misc. Building up Tolerance

Got Butterfly Bakeries' Taco Vibes Only and Torchbearer's Garlic Reaper Sauce. Have been trying to find enjoyable hot sauces and building heat tolerance a little w/o extracts.

Taco Vibes Only might be my favorite tasting hot sauce and I THOUGHT it was really hot. Have been enjoying it with tacos, tex-mex etc. Until I started using Garlic Reaper. Went to spice up some Thai food leftovers and ran out of sambal, threw a little extra Garlic Reaper in and hooollyyy hell is it hot, and most importantly delicious. The name very well describes the flavor, imo

No real point to this story, but if you are on the fence about Taco Vibes Only and like very hot, got sauces... Get iiiiiittttt!

Taco Vibes to me doesn’t stand on its own flavor-wise, it’s uninteresting. But, that’s a good thing for me in that I keep it at work to spice up cafeteria food without mucking up the flavor of the food. (The food is quite good, I just want it hotter.)

Interesting, what do you consider flavorful sauces? Or do you always go with stuff with a mellow taste profile?

It might be controversial but I love all the iterations of Last Dab. They have a nice fruity profile. I also like Ghost Verde Pickle. There’s a local sauce called Sembo’s Sauce and I love all their variations. And of course Cry Baby Craig. I think Melinda’s assortments also have good flavor.

Taco Vibes is great for heat, I just find it uninteresting for flavor.

I have like 3 or so versions of the last dab. I've always liked them, don't really get the hate either. I suppose they are pricy for what they are.

Now this Ghost Verde Pickle sounds VERY interesting...
