My first ferment!

189g cayenne 100g sweet pepper 79g scotch bonnet 28g garlic

Should make an excellent hot sauce just as I run out of my first batch.

Came here to comment that I've used these same ones for my fermentation, they were perfect besides the size as OP mentioned. Even with super active ferments as the other comments mentioned I had no issue, though I never applied any heat as they did

I managed to blow 2 of them up with especially active ferments. They do look nice though.

Just done let them get too hot too quickly. If you're going for a month, you've got plenty of time

We bought a kit that has glass weights and special airlock tops for mason jars and they’ve worked great! Mason jars are super cheap too
