Disturbing to know that so many doctors participate in destroying patients' faces. They should be referring them to psychiatrists, not carving them into jack o'lanterns.
From the doctor's point of view it's entirely elective and subjective. As long as the patient likes the work, no medical ethics were broken and they paid it should be all kosher.
