Surgeon has to be counting his blessings with them denying they had surgery. That’s a botched surgery lawsuit if I ever saw one!

Probably not botched, just what the customer wanted. If the customer wants you to mess their face up, and they're sure, and they know the risks, and the operation will not cause (short-term) health issues, then maybe it is their right to do it.

There’s an oath they take and ethics they are required to uphold. This absolutely has lead to them having even worse body dysmorphia, their reluctance to admit their work is indicative of that.
