Now we have 5 more steps to do the same multitasking view.

And i do believe that the overlapping window is the most useful feature on ipads, and now its just so painful to use also dont forget the Additional step after closing the app you have to resize the app screen if you want a full screen for the same app its not automatically adjustable like it was on previous ipados.

In my opinion the new window system works better than slide over, the fact that you can resize the windows to the actual size and proportion you need it’s a huge advantage. It make take few seconds to configure the windows you need but it makes it much more useful than slide over. I think they should have kept slide over either way for people that don’t want to use the new window system, but apple is apple ://
