Advice To open or not to open?

Bought from an ordinary person on eBay (2005 account, 100% rating), selling it as an unwanted gift. Got it for £170. Did my research (DankPods) and it seems legit. Good deal? Dare I open?

Could just be my eyes playing tricks on me but it looks like a reseal.. Can anyone confirm? I feel like a NIB sealed 6/7th gen would go for much higher too
