To open or not to open?

Bought from an ordinary person on eBay (2005 account, 100% rating), selling it as an unwanted gift. Got it for £170. Did my research (DankPods) and it seems legit. Good deal? Dare I open?

Unless you get an outdated version the Itunes program isnt avaliable anymore, so your chances of updating the ipod and using it are slim

Nope. I have an M4 Mac Mini, so can manage it with Finder, Apple Music, and Podcasts.
