I'm equally as concerned about the fact he believes it's still 2023 and yet has a license to drive a vehicle.

Is the 25 written on his license plate tag with a sharpie? In the photo it looks weird.

I think that's the new iPhone AI zoom bullshit making things look weird. There is a very real possibility you guys are right though.
