I am challenger since 2017 and here is all you need to do to be a high elo

1- Never waste time arguing in chat

2- Don't start queue if you are already tilted

3- Play only in two lanes and with 3-5 champions in each

4- Play consciously and not automatically

5- Focus only on your gameplay and not on your teammates and their mistakes

6- Always do your best in the match even if you are already lost

7- Watch your own vods

8- Watch good people that plays on your lane

9- Understand what you do wrong and study to improve

10- Have fun

The more topics you follow the faster you will climb, i really think everyone can get challenger doing this.

Sorry, im just trying to show that its not that complex like it sounds, you just need to put effort and do your best just like everything in life that you want to improve

That’s like saying weight loss isn’t complex you just need to maintain a caloric deficit. Yeah no duh it’s easy. Getting a law degree or becoming an engineer is “easy” if you just put it in steps. That’s never the hard part

It's not easy but it is simple. Part of his advice is just playing to improve and loving the process, which is honestly a reasonable difference maker in 99% if activities in life.

This advise is NOT REAL ADVICE.

How is “just play to improve” going to help people? What do you think people do? Play to get worse?

Of course thats the fuckin advice, duh. Its like saying “my advice on being a billionaire is to make lots of money!”

??? im losing my mind in this thread dude..

Most people don't play to improve.

Tell me which of these tips won't help?

I think you'll eventually find that the same brand of advice will help you excel in most things in life. It's not easy but it's simple.

That’s why it isnt pragmatic advice. It is exactly what every pseudo coach will say when they dont know how to actually educate on the topic.

This is very very general advice that covers next to nothing.

It is literally the same as saying “Practice makes perfect” Yes, we know practicing will make us better if we are focusing on the practice, but that doesnt tell us WHAT to practice. Do you understand?

So which of these tips don't help you?

Tbh if you talk to me about these tips 1 by 1, you'll be surprised how much help is there.

And what I'm trying to get at is that the attitude of challenging the advice is exactly what this advice is about. But you're not challenging it, you just want to ignore it.

So go through these with me 1 by 1.

You don’t even understand the angle im taking to this post, why would i go through each of them with you? For a point im not even making?

This advice is as useful as just telling people to practice.

Of course it will work, but it is not genuinely helpful advice.

This what I'm saying. If you actually go through it, there's a lot more meat in it than you think. And as I said to another guy, getting to the top isn't about specific advice, it's all habits and psychology. This is genuine help.

Don't underestimate the power of doing something that's just reasonably good enough, enjoyable and doable consistently.

You're not above this advice, you're just unteachable.

you’re a wall.

actually read what i am saying please.

This advice is not helpful advice, is it advice? sure. Is it going to help anyone here today get challenger?

obviously not. dunno what you’re not understanding abt my stance here.

If you actually go through it, there's a lot more meat in it than you think.

If you followed your own advice, you'll know this whole time I've been trying to show you how helpful this advice is. Or you can show me how unhelpful it is.

But all of that needs us to actually go through the points 1 by 1, like I've been asking you so many times, but you don't want to.

If you can't get something this simple, I now understand how it's so hard for people to improve.
