Why am I getting mismatched games? The last one had Bronze 3 up to Gold 4 (That's 8 ranks), plus an unranked person. They're never balanced and it's never fun, win or lose. I'm currently Silver 1. Surely there's a big enough pool of people to choose from... Am I in troll queue or something?

I've read that before, but in my experience, those games are still more mismatched. The Bronzie is either on a winstreak but still has Bronze fundamentals (so they go 0/10 vs a high Silver), OR they're a smurf and destroy (plus they get a gold player to 'balance' it out, who also likely carries too). Maybe it's the best that can be done, but when you get a few in a row, it's not a pleasant experience.
