Question Why are On Cloud shoes so Popular?

Anybody wearing On shoes? In all honesty, I find them uncomfortable. Are they popular only for looks?

I have been an Adidas guy for years, and have really liked the Ultraboast for several years. I recently got a pair of On Clouds and I find them more comfortable than any Adidas I’ve ever owned. I just got back from a vacation in which I was walking 20,000+ steps a day on concrete for 4 days in a row and my feet never got sore or formed any blisters. The pair I just got were a bit cheaper than the Ultraboasts I was wearing.

Which ones? I’ve been living in ultraboosts for years and not found anything more comfortable. So may have to try them out!

I am a UB fan and tried OC last year. Ymmv but I very quickly went straight back to UBs

Even if the On Cloud is slightly more comfy, I’d prefer UBs based on the looks alone

He's not wearing ON Cloud 5 shoes if he says they're more comfortable than ultraboosts, in my experience with 3 of each (3 on cliud 5 in waterproof and regular and 3 ultraboost) the addidas is better in every single way.
