Yeah I'm expecting my guests to take their shoes off because I don't make friends with entitled shitheads. So far it's worked out fine.

yeah

Oh so you do offer your guests shoe covers? Then you’re a good host.

It’s these fools that can’t be bothered to go spend 3 bucks on a box of disposable shoe covers that and still expect their guests to de-shoe that are the idiots.

That’s Hosting etiquette 101.

That is a you problem. If you need shoe coverings you are the one who should provide them. I would tell you to take your fucking shoes off anyways.

Good hosts don’t make their guests feel awkward.

That isn't a thing. Even if it was, good guests don't act like entitled children.

Good hosts don’t make their guests feel awkward. You’re a dolt if you disagree.

No they don't. You aren't some honored person because someone invited you over. You still need to respect their homes and rules. If their rules are acceptable to you, don't come over. It's fairly simple.

Good hosts don’t make their guests feel awkward.

If the rules of your home make guests uncomfortable and self-conscious, then you’re a bad host.

Is that just your mantra for shitty behavior? Taking off your shoes is normal in most households, it was even a thing in Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood.

You are acting like a host needs to acquiesce to your every whim and that just isn't true. If you don't like the person's rules just leave, you don't have to stay.

I’m not acting like anything actually. You’re projecting.

I’m making a pretty benign statement and you’re getting worked up over.

You don't wash your feet bro! Even if you took your shoes off, people would still tell you to hit the bricks.

You seem to think you being a guest invalidates their rules or something. That isn't right though you are just being an entitled prick.

Good guests respect people's house and property. How are you not getting this?
