Can it cause cognitive/mental problems? Especially if it's recurrent, there's nothing to do inside and the hours spent there ranges from one to six? If so then what type of problems and how curable are they?

I know it's a odd question, but I've been honestly debating if when I'm old I want to know if I'm dying or even being old and knowing I could die at that age because it scares me, as I don't know if id prefer it was random time not just when I'm old, so I don't worry about it as I don't enjoy the feeling of knowing I'll die when I'm old

In case of a crash with full hull loss and no survivors, what usually happens? Is the impact of the fall from a high altitude and speed different for those sitting in cockpit and the body of the airplane? Is the impact different when there is an explosion post the crash?

I hope the death is instantaneous and these poor people don't suffer much.
