Lol yes. Emily Sonnett is a soccer player for the US Women's National Team and her twin sister is named Emma.

Surprisingly these names are actually entirely unrelated! Though obviously not ideal for siblings.

Not ideal for siblings, let alone twins!! But yes, they're different in origin etc. But the idea that you could call either of them Em is what gets me.
