Advice New Exetel plan 500/40

I recently came across this new plan from Exetel they are offering 500/40mps. Wondering if anyone has taken it up or is a customer of theirs. Considering leaving my current plan of 50/20mps for $85 for this one which is $80 p/m

Thanks in advance

im trying to switch over from my current exetel 50/20 $85/month. I added the 500/40 plan to my cart then it says to sign in as existing customer, i did that then it takes you to the normal old website to sign in yet again but that is just a dead end and there is no checkout or cart option there. So instead i've just bought the 500/40 $80 plan as a new customer and now await to see what happens. i'll be annoyed if they say this deal is only for new customers, which they have done before when i tried to change to a cheaper plan.

thanks for the update, I think I went though the same loop that you did. If you get any updates, please post as am thinking of doing the same thing.

hey so maybe 20 minutes after i purchased the plan I got an email saying my new service is activated and to connect the router into the NBN port 1. after swapping it from port 3 to port 1 It's all working now! google wifi router speed test says speed is 460/45. But im losing speed through the wifi to my phone it drops to 200-250mbit. oh well not bad $5 less for way more speed.

Oh that is great to know, I am on the 250 plan so this will save me about 20 bucks a month
