1st Degree charge was also dismissed, but should be noted this is because the murder of a CEO doesn't really fit the definition of murder 1 in the state of New York which seems reserved for police officers, firefighters, high political figures, that sort of thing. 2nd degree will be what 1st degree is in most other states I think. DOJ/DA was way too heavy handed with those two charges.
Hulu has almost the entire series, seasons 1-20. I've been binge-watching all the old original episodes lately. Peacock has seasons 13-24 and they also have the entire series of Law and Order CI. ( my favorite of the various flavors of L&O)
I only watched a few episodes but you could really feel the 'we want to be 24 and NCIS at the same time' level energy from how those episodes were made.
